To format the MP3 drive, make sure that the MP3 player is turned ON and is in the UNLOCKED position. Plug the MP3 in USB plug and the computer will detect a new removable drive (untitled). Then click once to highlight the drive. On the top menu choose: special –> erase disk –> rename it (optional) –> click on erase. Once done, the formatting is complete.
